CONFIRMATION:
A confirmation will be sent to each person who registers by Internet or mail.
FEE INCLUDES:
The basic registration fee includes all the main sessions of the conference. Pre-conference sessions are free, but registration is required and limited to 50 participants. Housing, meals and breaks are not included.
CANCELLATIONS:
Registrants who cancel 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event may be transferred to a substitute participant who may attend this event only. No refunds will be given to those who cancel less than 7 days prior to the event.
Please note that the HOTEL’S cancellation policy is 72 HOURS. Hotel reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival time will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Additionally, check-out from the hotel on a date earlier than scheduled on reservation will be subject to a $75 early departure fee.

TAPING:
No audio taping or videotaping of any session is allowed. Audio CDs and A/V DVDs of the conference will be available for purchase.
PARKING:
On Target has secured a special self-parking rate of $5 with in-and-out privileges at the Torrance Marriott South Bay.
